WHEREAS:TheGeorgia Film and Videotape Advisory Commissionwas created by Executive Order on October 21, 1999 and forty members were appointed to said Board, each to serve a two year term; 
NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
