That the Honorable Charles W. Palmer of Fulton County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed to serve as amember of the State Board of Pharmacy to serve a term of office ending November 1, 2004 to succeed the Honorable Joseph A. Whaley, Jr., whose term expired.
