That the Honorable Donald Wayne Martin of Crisp County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Board for Physician Workforce to serve a term of office ending October 6,2000, to succeed the Honorable W. Scott Burnett, whose resigned.
