That the Honorable Paul Simon of Richmond County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame Board to serve a term of office ending November 1,2004 to succeed the Honorable Alfred W. Jones, III, who resigned. 
 
IT IS FURTHER 
 
ORDERED: 
 
That the Honorable Paul Simon of Richmond County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Golf HalI of Fame Authority to serve a term of office ending July 7, 2005 in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated 12-3-582(b) .
