That the Honorable Bobby Jean Moore of Gwinnett County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia to serve a term of office ending April 1, 2000, to succeed the Honorable Mildred Roberts Blackburn, whose term expired.
