Baldwin of Fulton County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia to serve a term of office ending June 30, 2002, to succeed the Honorable Ernest L. Stroud, Jr., who is deceased.
