EXECUTIVE ORDER 
BY THE GOVERNOR: 
WHEREAS: The General Assembly passed House Bill 100 during the 1999 Legislative Session to provide that the salaries of certain state officers and officials shall be set by the Governor. NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY 
ORDERED: That the Commissioner of the Department of Banking and Finance shall receive a salary of $108,900.00 per annum. IT IS FURTHER 
ORDERED: That the Commissioner of Corrections shall receive a salary of $108,900.00 per annum. IT IS FURTHER 
ORDERED: That the Commissioner of Veterans Services shall receive a salary of $104,600.00 per annum. IT IS FURTHER 
ORDERED: That the members of the Board of Pardons and Paroles shall receive a salary of $104,600.00 per annum. IT IS FURTHER 
ORDERED: That the State Revenue Commissioner shall receive a salary of $108,900.00 per annum. 
 
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: That the Commissioner of Administrative Services shall receive a salary of 
$108,900.00 per annum. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: That the above-delineated salaries shall be effective July 1, 1999. This 3 /%y of July, 1999.
