EXECUTIVE ORDER

The State of Georgia holds title to and is in possession of approximately 0.207 of one acre of real property in Carroll County, Georgia (the premises), as described in attached Exhibits "A" and "B", now in the custody and control of the Department of Labor: and 
The premises is a portion of the Carroll County Department of Labor Field Services Office; and 
The Georgia Department of Transportation is widening and improving Northside Drive in the City of Carrollton and will require custody of the premises for inclusion in the project area; and 
By "Consent of Custody Change" dated June 8, 1999 the Department of Transportation requested transfer of custody of the premises and the Commissioner of the Department of Labor consented to the transfer of custody of the premises; and 
I have determined that it is in the best interest of the State of Georgia to transfer custody of said property as described in Exhibit "A" from the Department of Labor to the Department of Transportation. 
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME BY VIRTUE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF GEORGIA ANNOTATED SECTIONS 50-16-61 AND 50-16-144, IT IS HEREBY 
That the custody of the above-described property be and the same is hereby transferred from the Department of Labor to the Department of Transportation.
