THE STATE OF GEORGIA
EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:
WHEREAS: I repose especial trust in Stephen E. Draper's patriotism valor, and fidelity;
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE ARMY AND NAVY AND THE MILITIA OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED:
That the Honorable Stephen E. Draper of Fulton County be and he is hereby appointed as the Chief of Aides-de-Camp pursuant to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated 0 38-2- 111, with the rank of Brigadier General, to take rank as such from the date of this Commission and to hold such office during the term and under the conditions prescribed by law.
IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED: That the Honorable Stephen E. Draper be and he is hereby appointed as Military Policy Advisor to the Governor.
