That the Honorable Michael D. Kennedy of DeKalb County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System of Georgia to serve a term of office ending June 30, 2003 to succeed the Honorable Robert Wagner, whose term expired. 
 
IT IS FURTHER 
 
ORDERED: 
 
That the Honorable Michael D. Kennedy of DeKalb County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia 8 47-4-22(a) to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Public School Employees Retirement Fund and to serve a term concurrent with his term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System of Georgia. 
 
IT IS FURTHER 
 
ORDERED: 
 
That the Honorable Michael D. Kennedy of DeKalb County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia 8 47-23-20(b) to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Judicial Retirement System and to serve a term concurrent with his term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System of Georgia.
