That the Honorable M. Yvette Miller of Fulton County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed as Judge of the Court of Appeals to serve a term of office beginning this date and continuing pursuant to Article 6, Section 7, Paragraph 4 of the Georgia Constitution, to succeed the Honorable Dorothy Toth Beasley, who resigned.
