THE STATE OF GEORGIA 
EXECUTIVE ORDER 
 
BY THE GOVERNOR: 
 
WHEREAS: 
 
The Department of Natural Resources has requested permission to dispose of one structure on state-owned property at Dawson Forest Wildlife Management Area, Dawson County, Georgia; and 
 
WHEREAS: 
 
Said structure is administered by the Wildlife Resources Division and has been declared by the Department of Natural Resources to be unserviceable, under present circumstances; and 
 
WHEREAS: 
 
The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources has requested permission for said structures to be disposed of by the Department as soon as possible. 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY ' 
 
ORDERED: 
 
That the Department of Natural Resources is hereby authorized 
 
and directed to provide for the disposal of said structure under the 
 
terms and conditions which are in the best interest of the State of 
 
Georgia.
