That the Honorable Thomas C. Gilliland of Union County, Georgia, be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Stone Mountain Memorial Association to serve a term of office ending May 20, 2003, to succeed the Honorable T. Stephen Johnson, who resigned.
