That the Honorable Bennie Butler-Newroth of Muscogee County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Corrections representing the third congressional district and to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2003, to succeed the Honorable Jarrett Eugene Hodge, who resigned.
