That the Honorable Mary Linda Duncan of Gwinnett County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Juvenile Justice representing the fourth congressional district to serve a term of office ending July 6, 2004, and to succeed the Honorable Carolyn Vason, whose term expired.
