That Honorable Joseph W. Whorton, Jr. of Clarke County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the State Housing Trust Fund for the Homeless Commission to serve a term of office ending 11/21/99 to succeed Honorable Eugene P. Walker, whose term expired.
