That Honorable John Cay, III of Chatham County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame Board to serve a term of office ending 11/1/99 to succeed Honorable James H. Blanchard, who resigned. 
 
IT IS FURTHER 
 
ORDERED: That the aforenamed be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame Authority to serve a term of office ending 6/9/04.
