That Honorable 0. Ben Harris of Gwinnett County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Warm Springs Memorial Advisory Committee to serve a term of office ending 12/31/98 to succeed Honorable Homer G. Ray, who resigned.
