That Honorable Jan Selman of DeKalb County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Council for the Arts to represent the fourth congressional district and to serve a term of office ending 7/11/2000 to succeed Honorable Shannon Lincoln, whose term expired.
