That Honorable Rosa Tarbutton of Fulton County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member at large of the Georgia Council for the Arts to serve a term of office ending 7/11/2000 to succeed Honorable Richard Jay Hutto, who was appointed to the eighth congressional district seat due to reapportionment.
