That Honorable Cecil F. Whitaker, Jr., M.D., of Muscogee County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners to serve a term of office ending 9/1/2001 to succeed Honorable Billie Luke Jackson, whose term expired.
