That Honorable Roy Rucks of Gwinnett County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve on the Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission to serve a term of office ending 7/1/99 to succeed Honorable Lillie Tripp, who no longer resides in the 11th congressional district.
