Nathan Deal and First Lady Sandra Deal will kick off the Christmas season at the Georgia Building Authority's annual lighting of the Capitol Christmas tree on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m. WHO: Gov. Nathan Deal and First Lady Sandra Deal WHAT: Capitol tree lighting ceremony WHEN: Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m. WHERE: North Wing, state Capitol The Deals will also hold a tree lighting ceremony at the Governor's Mansion on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 6 p.m. This event is open to the public and is also the start for the Governor's Mansion Christmas tours, which run from Dec. 9-20. The Governor's Mansion is a Toys for Tots drop off site. WHO: Gov.
