Gov. Nathan Deal and First Lady Sandra Deal, along with Georgia National Guard Brig. Gen. Phil Browning and others, will honor fallen services members and their families at the annual State Memorial Day Ceremony. Gov. Deal will pay special tribute to the 22 Georgia soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan in the past year.
