The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1125 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,016 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.0165 to $1.1680 with a final weighted average of $1.1143 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter for today is 4,807,800 head. This compares with 4,604,800 head last Monday. 
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.4050 (based on 1,983,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.2250 (based on 7,978,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.2850 (based on 1,754,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4250 (based on 1,848,000 lbs.); thighs 77.00 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 67.00 (based on 2,289,000 lbs.); leg quarters 55.50 (based on 9,149,000 lbs.); and wings $1.35 (based on 3,736,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders, whole breasts, thighs and drumsticks is good to normal, mostly good; demand on skinless boneless breasts, leg quarters and wings is normal to good, mostly normal; and demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is good to very good, mostly good, occasionally normal.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1125. The final weighted average was $1.1143 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable with a mostly firm to steady, occasionally higher to weak, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,762,900 head. This compares with 4,776,800 head last Tuesday. 
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.4050; skinless boneless breasts $2.2250 whole breasts $1.2850; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4250; thighs 77.00; drumsticks 67.00; leg quarters 55.50; and wings $1.35. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy with a mostly balanced to good to occasionally very good demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly lower and higher, occasionally steady, weak and firm. 
 
 25 JUNE 2014 WEDNESDAY The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading advanced .50 to $1.1175 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. The market is firm to steady, and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,734,900 head. This compares with 4,752,700 head last Wednesday. 
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.4650; skinless boneless breasts $2.2450; whole breasts $1.29; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.51; thighs 76.00; drumsticks 66.50; leg quarters 55.50 and wings $1.3550. Demand on all parts is good to normal, mostly good.

26 JUNE 2014 THURSDAY The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1175 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 74% (representing 756) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a price range of $1.0301 to $1.16 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.1104 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady, and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little light. Estimated slaughter today is 4,743,500 head. This compares with 4,755,600 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1175 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 82% (representing 837 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.0301 to $1.17 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.1129 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady, and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little light. Estimated slaughter today and Saturday is 4,592,700 head. This compares with 4,692,200 head last Friday. 
The f.o.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.4150 (based on 1,692,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.2450 (based on 6,661,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.30 (based on 1,138,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4850 (based on 1,465,000 lbs.); thighs 77.00 (based on 1,218,000 lbs.); drumsticks 66.50 (based on 1,871,000 lbs.); leg quarters 55.50 (based on 7,909,000 lbs.); and wings $1.35 (based on 3,454,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good; with the exception of boneless skinless thigh meat which is good to occasionally very good and normal. 
Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 184,620 head. Estimated hen slaughter for the corresponding week a year ago was 315,200 head. 
Estimated total slaughter for the week ending today and Saturday for broilers and fryers is 23,641,800 head. This compares with 23,589,700 head of broilers and fryers for the corresponding week a year ago.
