The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 99.50 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2~ to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,011 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of94.99 to $1.0543 with a final weighted average of99.46 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate for a good to normal demand. Average weights are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,506,700 head. There was no report last Monday due to the MLK holiday. 
 
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.90 (based on 1,669,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.6350 (based on 7,222,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.0550 (based on 1,382,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.36 (based on 1,159,000 lbs.); thighs 73.50 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 72.00 (based on 1,357,000 lbs.); leg quarters 54.00 (based on 9,302,000 lbs.); and wings $2.01 (based on 3,711,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good; with the exception of line run tenders and leg quarters which is normal to good, mostly normal; and wings which ranges very good to good, occasionally normal.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 99.50. The final weighted average was 99.46 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate for a good to normal demand. Average weights are mostly desirable with a steady price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,719,000 head. Estimated slaughter last Monday and Tuesday was 8,306,200. 
 
The f.o. b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.90; skinless boneless breasts $1.6350 whole breasts $1.0550; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.36; thighs 73.50; drumsticks 72.00; leg quarters 54.00; and wings $2.0 1. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced; with a demand ranging good to balanced to occasionally very good. Price trend on all parts is mostly weak to firm, occasionally steady.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading advanced .25 to 99.75 based on full truck load Jots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2~ to 3 pound birds. The market is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate to occasionally short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,700,000 head. This compares with 4,688,900 head last Wednesday. 
 
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load Jots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.8750; skinless boneless breasts $1.6150; whole breasts $1.05; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.35; thighs 71.50; drumsticks 64.50; leg quarters 54.00; and wings $2.04. Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good with the exception of line run tenders and leg quarters which is normal to good, mostly normal; and wings which is very good to normal, mostly good.

The market is steady to firm and the live supply is adequate for a good to normal demand. Average weights are mostly desirable but are heavier than desired in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today and Saturday is 4,720,000 head. This compares with 4,981,700 head last Friday and Saturday. 
The f.o.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.8950 (based on 1,644,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.6750 (based on 6,769,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.05 (based on 1,279,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.3550 (based on 1,156,000 lbs.); thighs 73.50 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 71.50 (based on 1,167,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 8,699,000 lbs.); and wings $2.0150 (based on 3,483,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good with the exceptions of line run tenders and leg quarters which is normal to good, mostly normal; and wings which is very good to normal, mostly good. 
Estimated hen slaughter numbers for the week ending today are 292,875 head. Estimated hen slaughter for the corresponding week a year ago was 162,200 head. 
*Estimated total slaughter for the week ending today and Saturday for broilers and fryers is 23,204,700 head. This compares with 22,879,000 head of broilers and fryers for the corresponding week a year ago.
