Georgia Pecans Partner with Schwinn Bicycles 
The Georgia Pecan Growers Association is partnering with Schwinn bicycles to hold a 6-month promotion to promote healthy living. There will be a winner each month, whom will recieve a Schwinn bike, helmet, lock and Georgia pecans. To sign up to win a new Schwinn bike, click here.

Promoting Georgia Agriculture: Georgia National Fair #GeorgiaGrown 
Once again on October 8th-18th 2015, in Perry, GA., the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter and Georgia Department of Agriculture are partnering to promote Georgia agriculture during the 26th annual Georgia National Fair. This is an effort to educate the public about products available from our state. 
In 2014, the gross sales generated for the Georgia Grown Pavilion were over $62,000. Small businesses are welcome to participate in the Georgia Grown Pavilion, a retail consignment store located in the Georgia Grown Building. 
Vendors interested in participating in the 2015 pavilion, will need to send their completed application form along with a proposed list of products including UPC codes and prices no later than August 14th.
