itemized statement of FOOD and FEEDINGSTUFFS found to be in violation of the Food and Drugs Act of Georgia and the same was ordered condemned as being unfit for human consumption and in violation of human consumption is either destroyed or put under bond by order of court for its sale and distribution In other instances where it is possible to conserve any wholesome Food material the Department directs the same to be done The mere condemnation and withholding from sale of a lot of food products does not necessarily imply that the foods are unfit for human consumption but the manner in which it is being offered to the consuming public is in violation of the Food Laws In such instances it is withheld from sale until it is made to meet the legal require ments Product Manufacturer Where
