Bradley, state administrative officer of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Commit- cee, Athens. Varieties determined to be undesirae because of the difficulty in sellin chem to the tobacco industry were listed oy Bradley as Coker 139, Coker 140 and: Dixie Bright 244. '_ Bradley said the field inspection plan ovides for inspectors to identify the un- sirable types of tobacco on the farm during the growing stage. The warehouse identification plan alls for the identification of tobacco on th e auction warehouse floors at the time of sale in order to instill confidence in buyers, to stimulate prices on the market d to protect the price-support program, adley explained further. Under the plan auction warehouses will use regular basket tickets to identi- able varieties. Another type ticket will be used to identify all baskets which are not so certified, According to Bradley price eer at the regular rate will not be available to those growers who produce the undesira- ble varieties. There will be a fifty per- cent price support discount on the unde- sirable varieties. Governor Gives Funds To FFA-FHA Camp Gov.
