The Hamitic peoples have never pro- duced a democracy. _ The great Kings of Assyria, the Pharaohs of Egypt, the rich rulers of Media and Persia and the wise men of the Chaldees lived out their days and their peoples sank into obscurity, and have never produced a major democracy until this day. The Latins have never produced a major democracy. France is the nearest they ever came to it, but their hot Latin blood and their proneness to debauchery and _ disorder have prevented them from attaining to a major democracy. * The yellow people, the brown peo- / ple and the blacks are mentally unfit for directors in our form of Government. You cannot change these natural and _ God - ordained mental processes. These differences are a part of the judgment of Jehovah pronounced at Babel. These different races cannot understand each other. They do not reason in the same way. Their mental ideas are just as dif- ferent as their different tongues. Different peoples, racially, are bound to have different languages, dif- ferent religions and different forms of government. _ The political machines in our large cities are a necessity because the mixed and mongrelized races in those cities cannot be governed except by a totali- tarian form of Government. A machine is simply a form of totalitarianism. This is the reason that any world government, U.N.O., or other, must of necessity be totalitarian in character if it is to be effective. When, and if, our voters list con- tains a large percentage of voters of other than Caucasian stock, then our con- stitutional form of Government becomes _ impossible and unworkable. The great evil of bloc voting is simply the outward evidence of the in- capacity of those voters to cast individu- al democratic ballots. The negro is not _ the only one. You have but to look to our large cities, where large populations of. i : other. 4 races con- leans: -Semitics and gregate to see the same evil foe of demo- eracy. No educational test will discern this natural difference in voters. Some of these bloc voters are law- yers, doctors, preachers, college profes- sors and business men, but their minds run to totalitarian government and they can no more help it than you and I can help being Constitutional Democratic Americans. If we can find what constitutes racial prejudice, we should be able to eliminate it, because everyone seems to be against it. : The Jews are opposed to racial pre- judice, and the Gentiles are opposed to racial prejudice. The Catholics are against racial prejudice and the Protest- ants are against -racial prejudice. The whites oppose it and the blacks oppose it. The Democrats are against it and the Republicans are against it. The North is against it and the South is against it. Since everyone is against racial pre- judice, how can there be any? Since everybody is against it, what is it? Lets calmly analyze the subject and see what we find. The Bible tells us: And hath made of one blood all na- tions of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath deter- mined the times before appoint- ed, and the bounds of their habita- tion. Acts 17:26. When the word prejudice is used generally, it means antipathy or dislike without justifiable reason. Prejudice in this sense is the produci of small minds. Prejudice in this sense does nol move from the greater against the lesser but, on the contrary, it is the offensive of a small mind against those whom it ree ognizes as its superiors. A great man is not prejudiced against | a small man, but the small man may b prejudiced against the great man. Great qualities of mind do not hold prejudice against lesser minds, but sma) minds may be prejudiced against greater minds. It cannot be in the minds of the superior race against the inferior race. Those who harp about racial pre- judice, unwittingly acknowledge that - there is a difference in races. Nothing is further from their purpose.than this, but there is an old saying, The Truth Will Out, and these agitators are again dem- onstrating the truth of this old saying. The agitation against racial prejudice really comes from those who feel them- selves inferior and who really seek to break down all racial lines. It is the effort of the inferior to pull all men down to their own level. * The agitatlon today against racial prejudice is aetually racial prejudice it- self in full swing. The major vaelal prejudice existing today in the Unfted States is directed against the Anglo-Saxon segment of our population. The decent white people are the tar- get of this racial prejudice. The claim we constantly hear, that the framers of the Constitution intend- ed to say that all men were created equal, is simply a desperate bid of in- ferior minds to bolster their own inferi- ority by perverting the original meaning of the Founding Fathers. God had His purpose in creating the "different races and the effort to destroy the purity of these races is. the wi the devil and is anti-Christ. ae The Whites and the Blacks repre the two extremes of racial divisions. Being the two extremes, they get along together better than any | divisions of the races. The history 0 southern States proves this, = Most of the troubles of the w: have been created by mans sinful d. gard of this eternal truth. The of the races has, in great part,. | done through slavery and b force. Humanity can never prof: but must continue to suffer for t of past generations.
