(3) That all policies and implement- ing regulations concerning vesicular ex- anthema and other vesicular diseases be distributed to each of the States repre- sented in this conference. (4) That no swine shall be imported into the respective States represented without prior permission obtained from the chief livestock sanitary official of the respective, State. (9) That a program for the establish- ment of control stations on all trunk * routes, highways, and other concentra- tion points be established by joint co- operation between the respective States and the Bureau of Animal Industry, whereby the respective States, party to this conference, assist each other in, the operation of these control points. (10) That livestock sanitary officials, in cooperation with the Bureau of Animal Industry, should take immediate action to completely eradicate vesicular exanthe- ma.
