Georgia Farmers TW) e Tom Linder Commissioner VOLUME 36 THE B -Editoral By TOM LINE By TOM LINDER . SF orn time immemorial, the borderline am) of states and nations has been the favorite stamping ground of outlaws. ilmcan violate the laws on one side of the m border and make a quick get-a-away back Macross the line into what they hope will prove asanctuary. In this way they hope not only to successfully violate the laws B which good citizens obey but they also ei hope to. escape punishment for their mis- inf deeds. On the borderline of Georgia and Ten- nessee, there resides a corporation known as The Home Stores. One McDonald is the president of the corporation, Home i) Stores, and is also the publisher of a news _) paper which he ironically~ calls the FREE PRESS. The Home Stores has a puniber ~of branch stores in northwest Georgia. These branches have been operated in oper. defiance of the Laws of Cone By FRANK B. OHLQUIST The most diabolical scheme ever hatch- : ed. by the INTERNATIONAL ROTHS- CHILD BANKERS to obtain control of | the entire world, the most crafty con- spiracy ever created to- destroy the soyv- ereignty of the Republic of the United States, is that corrupt, dishonest, twin- headed monstrosity known as the United Nations Organization and the World Bank, They were conceived in iniquity, born in intrigue and treachery, nursed ypocrisy, weaned on deceit, raised on = dacity and oppression, presented in ception and falsehood, and now full grown, have become traitors in our midst, destroying the Constitution, the Bill of ts and the written law of this nation. The United Nations was conceived in secrecy of Dumbarton Oaks. The Id Bank was the creation of the Bret- Woods Conspiracy. BotH of these or- izations are a failure, a farce and a fgg d. They are unconstitutional, illegal un-American. These organizations to create a super-state, a one-world nment, by destroying all other gov- ld instead of the Golden Rule. They of the devil incarnate and deny the ngs of Jesus Christ. The rulers of uper-government were never elect- were self-appointed. The peo- Republic have no voice and no Outlaws: ents. They would impose the rule | WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1952 Some of them have even resorted to phy- sical violence against law enforcement authorities of this state. The Home Stores is a Tennessee cor- poration and under the Georgia Law is required to register with the Secretary of State, State of Georgia. This they have failed and refused to do in defiance of the Georgia Law. The Georgia Law requires the return in payment of income tax. Home. Stores has a large income in Georgia and has had for years. My guess is that Home Stores defies the income tax law of Georgia and has paid no income tax. Under the Georgia Law Home Stores is required to account for all sales tax col- lected from its customers. My guess is that the sales tax returns of Home Stores are incomplete. Home Storeg has treated with defiance all Georgia milk sanitary laws and has been in the business of bootlegging un- lawful milk and of putting false labels on this: milk.. Home Stores is a common vote in these organizations. The Ameri- can people were never consulted. This is AUTOCRACY IN ITS MOST VICIOUS FORM. In all the one hundred and eleven arti- cles in the charter of the United Nations Organization there is not one single clear specific provision for the protection of the individual human being. The terrify- ing fact stands out that there is no bill of rights, no right to vote as individuals, and no protection against the tyranny of this one-world government. It is as impossible to reform and-correct the worlds economic, financial and po- litieal-troubles by going into partnership with the international bankers, who spawned the United Nations and the World Bank, as it would be to reform Hell by going into partnership with the Devil. The Hon. John T. Wood, Congressman IMPORTANT. NOTICE NEW STOCK LAW We are printing in this issue the New Stock Law as passed by the 1952 State Legislature, You will find it on Page Seven, Please read and keep it handy for your information, NUMBER 24 JRDER OF OUTLAWS bootlegger and an outlaw against the peaceful and orderly carrying dut of the Georgia Laws. Home Stores is an oppressor of the farmers of Tennessee who milk cows. It is a deceiver of the consumers to whom it sells. It is an outlaw on the Georgia side of the border. It is not likely that an out law on one side of the border is a good citizen on the other side. If the business competitors in north- west Georgia of Home Stores, as well as those in Tennessee, could escape their honest taxes and pay starvation wages to their employees, they could no doubt sell merchandise cheaper than Home Stores do. I am writing this on Friday morning, February 22Washingtons Birthday. It is my guess that by the time you read this in the Market Bulletin, something will have happened to this outlaw on the * border. TOM LINDER, Commissioner of Agriculture a fhe United Nations Is Treason WE CANNOT RETAIN OUR LIBERTIES BY SURRENDERING OUR SOVEREIGNTY from Idaho, in a speech delivered on De- cember 15, 1951, and the author of HR5080, a bill to withdraw from the United Nations, listed the following losses of your sovereignty. This is only the be- ginning. Unless you act you will be a people without. a nation. The powers delegated to the Federal government by the sovereign people of the United States are either being usurp- ed by the United Nations or granted to them by a governmental set-up in Wash- ington, which is either ignorant of the fact it-is granting powers to the United Nations which the citizenry of the United States granted to it alone; or that each and every department of the~ Federal government granting such powers is criminally recreant to the oath each took upon assumption of office to, support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all_enemies from without or within the United States. The Constitution certainly never con- templated that any of its terms should authorize the selling out of our hard- won freedoms to a One World aggrega- tion, which is even now 51 per cent Com- munist by population, and which is aim- ing to completely supplant our sovereign system of Constitutional Republican gov- ernment, under which we have lived and (Continued on Page Hight) vAGE TWO GEORGIA MARKET BULLETIN Address al] items for publication and all requests to be put on the mailing list and for change of address to STATE B - REAU OF MARKETS, 222 STATE CAPITOL, Atlanta.
