SB 329 by Senator Strickland of the 42nd FLINT JUDICIAL CIRCUIT: Senate Bill 329 provides a supplement to the chief judge of the Superior Court of the Flint Judicial Circuit. 
SB 340 by Senator Watson of the 1st CITY OF TYBEE ISLAND: Senate Bill 340 revises the selection and vacancy process of the mayor pro tem of the City of Tybee Island. 
SB 344 by Senator Kennedy of the 18th CRAWFORD COUNTY: Senate Bill 344 authorizes the Probate Court of Crawford County to collect a technology fee. 
SB 345 by Senator Kennedy of the 18th CRAWFORD COUNTY: Senate Bill 345 authorizes the Magistrate Court of Crawford County to collect a technology fee.

EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE: 
SB 336 by Senator Moore of the 53rd DADE COUNTY: Senate Bill 336 provides a homestead exemption from Dade County school district ad valorem taxes in the amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year value of that homestead. 
SB 355 by Senator Anavitarte of the 31st PAULDING COUNTY: Senate Bill 355 provides a homestead exemption from Paulding County school district ad valorem taxes for all residents in the amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year assessed value of that homestead.
