WILLIS "BILL" WOODS departed this life on Wednesday, January 27, 1988. He was born in Richland County, and lived most of his life in Brooklyn, New York. He was the son of the la te Lonnie and Marie S co tt Woods. He leaves to cherish his fond memory two sisters, Mrs. Mamie W. Bell and Mrs. Mable W. Shiver of Columbia, South Carolina; one stepbrother, Joe Tiller of Kingston, Maryland; an aunt, Mrs. A lm eta W. L ovett of Gadsden, South Carolina; one sister-in-law , Ms. Mary A.
