WISE was born on May 31,1932 in Burke County, Georgia to Mamie Lou and Joe Green. Reverend Wise was an Associate Minister of the Second Shiloh Baptist Church. She later founded God's Word Ministry. She was caring and dedicated to outreach ministry by visiting the sick and shut-in, extending hope and comfort to those in prison, organizing children and youth training programs. Reverend Wise was an intercessory prayer leader. She worked as a foster grandparent for the Senior Corps Program in the Richmond County School System. Reverend Wise was a Master Cosmetologist and owned and operated a home beauty salon. She thoroughly enjoyed providing professional hair care to her clientele adding fragrance and accessory as an Avon Representative. Reverend Wise was preceded in death by: her mother, Mamie Lou Brinson; father, Joe Green; three brothers, Clinton Green, Robert L. Brinson, Sr. and James Brinson, Jr.; two sisters, Dorothy L. Reviere and Mamie J. Watkins. She leaves to cherish her memories: one brother, Reverend Willie A. (Willie Mae) Green; niece, Apostle Christine Brinson; nephew, Richard Brinson (she devotionally called her children); three sisters-in-law, Georgia C. Green, Elease G.
