Robert tee Wilson was born on May 21,1942, in McDuffie County 
to the late John Sammie Wilson and the late Maggie Lee Hollimon 
Bentley. He was later raised by the late Ella Hollimon Sturgis in 
Augusta, Georgia. 
Robert attended the McDuffie Training School in Thomson, GA, 
and later moved to Augusta, Georgia. He was employed with South 
View Cemetery until his health began to fail. He accepted Christ 
and joined the Faith Kingdom Life Center in Augusta, Georgia. He 
transitioned from his earthly home on February 1, 2020. 
He leaves to cherish his memories: two brothers, Sammie (Eleanor) 
Wilson of Thomson, Georgia, and William (Vera) Wilson of 
Augusta, Georgia; a loving devoted cousin/caregiver, Mary (Billy) 
Blakely of Augusta, Georgia; four nieces, three nephews and a host 
of cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Why are you crying? Do you think that Im gone? 
I havent left you. Im where I belong. 
Anytime you are lonely... Anytime you are sad... 
Anytime that you heart breaks... Anytime you are mad... 
All you have to do is close your eyes, and Ill be there with you. 
You, see the world may take my body, but thats all that it can do. 
When Jesus died upon the cross, He took away our sins. 
He conquered death so we can live in heaven where life begins. 
Dont stop the memory of the time we shared. 
Its God was way to help you through. 
Take time to laugh when life gets hard the way we used to do! 
A smell? A touch? The morning sun? M 
They all will help you see. Im still there. I ncypp left. 
Now smile once more for me. Live each day. Keep looking up. 
My life was not vain. I finished the task I was born to do. 
Thats why I could remain 
Until I see you. I love you forever and always.
