(Rev. 14:13) OBITUARY WHEN A LOVED ONE HAS DIED The light of life goes out of him. He cannot speak to us nor we to him. He is gone and we are left stunned and heartbroken. And emptiness and loneliness comes into our hearts. We broken-heartedly say, 'That one whom we loved is dead". It is such a cold, hopeless thing to realize. Mr. Willie T. Thomas, who resided at 821 Hopkins Street, passed away in the Veteran Administration Medical Center on October 8, 1986. He was bom 1915. He has lived in Augusta all of his life. He received his elemental Education from the Second Ward School; High School - Haines Institute (Now, Lucy C. Laney); College de- grees from paine College; Master Degrees from Atlanta University and Columbia University. After teaching 38 years in Richmond County, he retired. Mr. Thomas was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church over 50 years. He was a member of the Church-Wide Choir (The Sr. Choir). He married the Miss Juanita Lawrence. He leaves to mourn his passing, a host of loving friends and co-workers. This earth is only a dressing room for all of us. Let's becareful what we put on.
