Hartley Gibbons Robert Mackie Roosevelt Johnson W. Roosevelt Johnson Darrell Scott Roosevelt Robinson Curtis White Walter Wright Alpha Kappa Alpha - Zeta Xi Omega Chapter THE JOURNEY HOME The journey home is not always easy, sometimes we must travel through the storm and the rain, sometimes we must endure much suffering and pain, sometimes the way is dark and not so plain. The journey home is not always short, sometimes the end seems too far away, sometimes the price seems too hard to pay, sometimes the burdens seem to increase each day. The journey home is not always sweet, sometimes there are troubles on every side, sometimes pain and heartaches will abide, sometimes on the way we must forget our pride. W hen the journey home is complete all suffering will cease, all our burdens we can release and with G od we find our peace. ~ Special Thanks and Appreciation ~ Our family would like to extend great appreciation to those who have stood with us during this time of celebration. Even before Bertha's heavenly homegoing you were there with your thoughts, prayers, visits, cards, and contributions. This family really thanks you for your heartfelt condolences.
