A time to die... On Wednesday, June 23, 2010, Willie James made the transition from life into the presence of God's domain. He leaves to cherish his memory: one son, Anthony Starks, of New York; two grandchildren; one sister, Viola Mae Henderson, Augusta, GA; one brother, Lewis A. Starks, of New Mexico; a devoted niece, Luvenia Gavin, E^vans, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
