Psalms 23 (KJV) Minnie Lee Scott Perry 90, born May 18, 1929 to the late Will Scott and Sarah McLoyd Scott passed away Saturday, June 29, 2019. She was the last of 11 sisters and brothers. She was a native of Waynesboro Georgia and was educated in the Burke county public school system. She was a lifelong member of the Daniel Grove Missionary Baptist Church Waynesboro Georgia until her Health failed. On November 4,194S she married the late Thomas J. Perry Sr. they were married for 64 years before his passing in 2010. Minnie was the mother of six children three boys and three girls. Her son Johnny L. Perry preceded her in death in 2005. Minnie loved working for the Richmond County School System She retired after many faithful years in 1994 to devote her time and attention in retirement to her adoring family. She enjoyed the last years of her life spending time with family, talking with neighbors. Her pastime was sitting on the front porch, and enter- taining her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and all the generations that followed. She happily celebrated her 90th. Birthday with family. She is survived by two son Thomas J. Perry Jr. of Augusta, Georgia, Rickey (Sandra) Perry Little Rock Arkansas Three daughter Gloria P. Bush of Augusta Georgia, Lilia P. Doe Atlanta Georgia, Loretta Perry Hephzibah Georgia. Grandchildren Sheldon Perry, Byron Perry, Kafele Bush, MiniMarie Andrews, Aisha( Zachary )Ragsdale, Bryce Doe and Justin Perry, great grandchildren Shynetra, Kafele Michael, Pierce, Jaden, Paige, Peyton, Paris, Bailey and Bella. Great great- grandchildren KyVon, Johnny and Jeremiah. A brother-in-law Leroy (Minnie G.) Perry, sister-in-law Charlie Mae Scott and a host of cousin, nieces and nephews.
