M., at South Fulton M edical Center, Atlanta, Georgia. EFFIE was a life long residents o f Augusta, Ga, un t il she moved to Atlanta in 1979. On A p ril A, 1950 EFFIE was bom; to; Leroy Perry and the late; Jennie Mae But ler. She was baptized at an early age and was a member o f Daniel Grove Baptist Church. During her stay in A t lanta Effie become an active member o f The Eastern Stars , Chapter 107 Good Samaritian. She was a loyal employee with Arganbright Transportation fo r the past 11 year's.
