YOUNG, Minister OBITUARY Mrs. Ida Small Pearson departed her life on Tuesday June 5, 1973 after an extended illness. She was born in Beach Island, South Carolina. Mrs. Pearson was the daughter of the late Mrs. Rebecca Gaston the late Albert Small. She was converted and bap tized at Silver Bluff Baptist Church. Later, moving to Augusta, she united with Thankful Baptist Church. Mrs. Pearson was a registered nurse and functioned for many years in this profession in Augusta and Thomaston, Georgia and also in Brooklyn, N. Y. She return ed to Augusta a few years ago to retire. She was a loving member of Thankful Baptist Church where she sang with the Senior Choir. Mrs. Pearson Heaves to mourn her passing, one son, Kenneth Pearson; two sisters, Mrs. Georgia Goss and Mrs Edwina Meyers-Lynch; two brothers-in-law, Everett Goss and Lincoln Lynch; aunts, cousins and a host of friends.
