Parks. His soul winged its flight from this world of sin, sorrow and pain to a place of eternal rest. Rev. Parks was the son of the late Mrs. Emma Smalley Parks. He was born July 1,1910, in Lincoln County, Georgia. He was a member of Newberry Baptist Church. He retired after serving eighteen years as the pastor of Gardner Grove Baptist Church. He was president of Mulberry Christian Aide Society and F. & A. A. Y. Masons Lodge #656. Those who cherish him are; his wife, Mrs. Lillian Parks; one son, Mr. Henry Frank Parks, Appling, Ga.; one daughter, Mrs. Willie Mae Johnson, Ogden, Utah; one sister, Mrs. Ida Kate Kelly, Pittsburg, Penn; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Mattie Bell Parks; one son-in-law, Mr. Theodore Johnson; two sisters-in-law; eighteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. ** ORDER OF SERVICES ** PRELUDE ............................
