Smith. - Officiating (Obituary Beatrice weeper ^Pafmer was bom August 14, 1950, the daughter of the late Julia Blount Sweeper in Richmond County, Georgia. She attended the local schools of Augusta, Georgia and graduated from Lucy Laney High School in 1968. She joined Southern Bell after high school which is now Bell South and was employed there for over twenty-four years. She was baptized at Beulah Grove Baptist Church at a young age by the late Rev. B. I. Vernon. In later years, she changed her membership to Elim Baptist Church on the Sand Hill. "Ben", as she was called was loved by everyone. She is survived by: two brothers, William H. Sweeper, Riverdale, GA and George C. Sweeper, Augusta, GA; sister, Maijorie Sweeper Hunter, East Orange, NJ; three aunts, Pinkie B. Walton, Rebecca S. Blount, Augusta, GA and Ruth S. Blount, Mt. Vernon, NY; two nieces, Karen L. Hunter, East Orange, NJ and Simone Sweeper, Augusta, GA; three nephews, William H. "Hank" Sweeper, II, Michael A. Sweeper, Augusta, GA and Kevin Hunter, East Orange, NJ; two sisters-in-law, Janette Thompkins Sweeper, Augusta, GA and Dorothy Sweeper, Riverdale, GA; brother-in-law, Donald Hunter, East Orange, NJ; dear beloved fiance, Robert Martin Green; and a host of other relatives and friends.
