M R S. SA N D R A B. M O SE S was born inM cCom b, M ississippi on December 28, 1952. She was the daughter o f the late M r. C. R . B u tler a n d Geneva (D oll) B u tler She w as thefo u rth child o f seven children. Sa n d ra departed this life on Septem ber 6, 2013. 
She graduatedfro m Higgins High School in 1970. She w ould go on to continue her education, receiving her Bachelor o f Science degreefro m P aine College in Augusta, Georgia a n d her M asters o f Science degree fro m C entral M ichigan U niversity. F o r m any years she w orked alongside her late husband, Keith C. Moses, M .D . 
Sa n d ra spent her life helping others a n d being a strong support fig u refo r herfam ily. She volunteered her tim e m entoring young people a n d assisting the elderly. She was a mem ber o f D elta Sigm a Theta, Sorority Inc. a n d Top Ladies o f Augusta. She m ade it evident th a t her greatest accom plishm ent w as being a dedicated wife, m other a n d grandm other 
She leaves to cherish her m em ory: her son, D am ion M oses a n d his spouse, D r Tina Moses (E va n s, GA); tw o granddaughters, S kyla r Moses a n d Ashlyn Moses; one grandson, A idan Moses; two sisters, Stephanie Covington (G rovetown, GA) a n d Pam ela Coney Sm ith a n d her spouse, W illiam Sm ith (N ew Orleans, L A ); one brother, D ennis B u tler (M cComb, M S ); a n d a host o f nieces, nephews, cousins, otherfa m ily members a n d frien d s. 
H er late husband, D r Keith C. Moses, preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her sister, L in d a Stephens a n d her brothers, Joseph a n d L a rry B u tler
