 Obituary 
Martinez, GA - Entered into rest Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Doctors Hos pital, Mr. Eric Leon Marshall, 24, husband of Tanya G. Marshall. 
Eric was born in Miami, FL, but was well traveled being the son of a military family. He lived in Augusta for the past 8 years and graduated from Green brier High School in May 2003 with honors. While continuing his education at Wofford College he graduated with a BA in Finance in May of 2007. During Eric's freshman year at Wofford he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his per sonal Savior and soon after helped establish "SoulJahs for Christ" a campus ministry; Eric was also a member of the Christian City of Praise Church here in Augusta, GA. 
Eric was a housing coordinator for the Augusta Richmond County Housing and Community Development. He also served as the assistant basketball coach for Greenbrier High School. 
Eric's goal and dream was to start a non-profit basketball academy for inner city youth to help them know Christ and to provide educational enrichment to enhance their academic skills. 
Family members in addition to his wife Tanya Marshall include sons: Isaiah Joshua Marshall and Caleb Leon Marshall; parents: Patrick and Wilhelmina Marshall; brother: Marcus D. Marshall; sister: Jennifer L. Marshall; grand mother: Vera Green and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, adopted moms and friends.

You have listened with your heart, hugged, loved us .. .. ! Thank you just doesn't seem enough... but know we love each of you and appreciated every act of live and kindness.
