"Bfll" Jones, Sr. was born February 7, 1927 in Lincolnton, Georgia. He departed this life on Wednesday, December 7, 1994 at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, Georgia. Mr. Jones was a member of the New Tabernacle Baptist Church and a retired sawyer. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Emma Lee Jones of Lincolnton, GA; two daughters, Mrs. Betty J. Williams of Lincolnton, GA and Ms. Mary L. Jones of New York; four sons, Mr. Willie Clarence Jones of New York, Mr. J.D. Jones, Jr. and Mr. Jesse Jones both of Lincolnton, GA and PFC Adams Jones of Guam, Hawaii; one sister, Ms. Ann Ware of Augusta, GA; two brothers, Mr. Willie Jones and Mr. John Kelly Jones both of Lincolnton, GA; nine grandchildren and a great grandchild; a friend, Ms. Eunice Freeman of Lincolnton, GA and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
