Friday, July 23, 2010 11:00 AM Tabernacle Baptist Church Augusta, GA ^ Rev. Dr. Charles Goodman, Jr. God in His wisdom summoned from this walk of life; Ms. Tamesha Danielle Reese Jennings. The call came on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Medical College of Georgia. Tamesha was born November 10, 1973, Fort Gordon, Georgia to Pamela and Jerry Reese. She was baptized at an early age, and later became an active member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta, GA. She attended several local schools in Richmond County before graduating from George P. Butler Comprehensive High School. While attending high school Mesha was a member of the Butler's basketball and debate teams, cheerleading squad, vice president of her Senior class, member of the student council and a Homecoming contestant. Tamesha obtained her undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Georgia and was a very active and loyal Bulldog alumnus. Very involved in her community Mesha was a counselor of a local Girl Scout troop, a member of Leadership Augusta and several other organizations...if her children were involved she was involved. She was employed at the Medical College of GA as an Employee Relations Specialist and she was employed for numerous years for the City of Augusta in a similar capacity. Tamesha was united in marriage to Everett Jennings and to this ten year union three lovely children were born. Tamesha was a compassionate and loving wife, a devoted daughter, a protective big sister, an exceptional mother, a caring granddaughter, a wonderful niece, and a loyal caring friend. She leaves fond loving memories with her husband, Everett Jennings, her son Christopher Jennings; her daughters, Kendall Jennings, Casey Jennings, parents, Jerry and Pamela Reese; brother Jeremy (Sharita) Reese; nephew, Caiden Reese; paternal grandmother, Mary J. Reese; maternal grandmother, Ms. Gwendolyn Hightower; aunts, Sheila Hightower (Ben) Allen, Shontel (Joe) Lacey, uncles, Lloyd K. (Gloria) Reese, Julian (Patricia) Reese; sister-in-law, Teresa Shell, brother-inlaw, Alphonso (Gina) Jennings, Tom (Diane) Jennings, Jr., Roy (Angela) Price; first cousins, Guarian (Julie) Reese, Brittany Reese, Latoya Reese, Oscar Lacey, III, Daniel Lacey, James B.
