LIMUEL MYERS, OFFICIATING OBITUARY Mrs. Mary Bell Weaver Jennings, daughter of the late Mr. Matthew and Mrs. Tempie Hightower Weaver, was born December 25, 1894 in Edgefield County, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 27, 1983 in the Aiken Community Hospital. Mrs. Jennings was a member of Bland Baptist Church where she served as Mother of the Church. She was a faithful member of her church until her health failed. The neighbors will miss her cheerful way of greet ing people. She was a warm and cheerful person and her cheerful smile will surelv be missed. She was a member of the Lilly of the Valley P.C.A. , No. 7. She leaves to cherish her memories, five sons, Mr. General Jennings, Mr. Rufus Jennings? Mr. Willie Jennings, Mr. Albert Jennings, Graniteville, S.C. and Mr. Jerald Jennings, Titusville, Fla.; three daughters, Miss Mary Jennings, Miss Ora B. Jennings, Graniteville, S.C. and Mrs. Viola Williams, Hemp stead, N.Y.; thirty-four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several great-great-grand children and a host of other relatives and friends. What better could there be to say When shades of night appear, Thank that the day has been well Spent in service far and near; That ever in the lasting spring I've done my very best.
