Mrs. Judy Lee Gowdy was born August 5, 1959 in Abbeville South Carolina to Gladys Turman and Josh Wiggleton. Judy was a graduate of Mims High School class of 1978. Judy was employed at Chambers Plant for several years, and later took interest in law enforcement in Augusta Georgia. Judy was a native of McCormick, South Carolina but resided in Augusta Georgia. Early in her life she attended the Macedonia F.B.H. church. Later she changed her denomination to SGI - USA. She devoted her life to World Peace.
